
After years of working as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies and crafting a management system for Wegmans Food Markets that catapulted it to #1 on Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work for 2005,” Robert C. Henderson, Ed.D. joined with his daughter, Camille Henderson, Ph.D. to form The Henderson Consulting Group.
Camille, who studied race and integration for almost 10 years at the University of Chicago, identified the operating principles for successful integration and developed a theoretical model to create equitable and sustainable integrated environments using a combination of servant leadership, moral vision, grassroots organizing, and organizational policies.
Together, Bob and Camille have formed a dynamic partnership that brings together Bob’s 30 years in management consulting, leadership training, and public speaking with Camille’s extensive academic background and diversity consulting experience during which she pioneered new conceptual frameworks for understanding diversity in America. This partnership has allowed them to develop innovative and highly relevant methods of diversity consulting that are changing today’s organizational cultures.
